IKEA is Winning!

If you know me, you know I love Ikea! I am a bit ot a DIY junkie and tend to like building stuff when it’s not too complex. IKEA and UNHCR just built the first refugee camp that uses renewable energy.

Powering fridges and lights.

While I would rather we not have refugee camps at all, I say this is commendable. Entities such as government houses that have their own transformers should be able to emulate this. Stop wasting public resources on diesel and non-renewable energy. To think about it, even small communities and estates can go this route. We keep using diesel and polluting our environment.  We can argue that we are fighting hunger so what’s our business with renewable energy? Well its a simple argument for future generations existence.
